Made to Order Production Lead Time
Our items are made to order and will ship within 2-6 weeks unless otherwise specified. You will receive tracking information when your order has been sent.
If your order is a rush, please email erin@erineileenfinejewelry.com and we will do our best to prioritize your order!
Returns
All custom order sales are final. Exchanges or store credit are available ONLY if there is a defect in the product within 14 days of initial receipt. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, please email within 14 days of receiving your order. Items returned after 14 days will not be processed. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. All special orders (including sized rings) and personalized items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice due to the fluctuation of the price of gold and materials.
Shipping
Erin Eileen Fine Jewelry LLC is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. Erin Eileen Fine Jewelry LLC is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to Erin Eileen Fine Jewelry LLC for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
International Orders
International orders are subject to shipping rates calculated by the shipping carrier upon checkout. Erin Eileen Fine Jewelry LLC is not responsible for any import taxes or duties.
Sales Tax
If sales tax is required, it will be calculated at checkout.
